Project Scope

Between January 2013 and April 2016, Belcan provided systems engineering, DO-178C software certification and DO-254 certification expertise. Included were airborne systems and ground control station support.

 

Solution

Belcan enabled and assisted the customer in performing systems engineering per ARP-4754A and obtaining airworthiness certification per DO-178C and DO-254.

 

Key Values / Benefits

The customer was new to aircraft certification processes and looked to Belcan’s experience and expertise to assist them. We established new systems development infrastructure, tools, standards, and processes designed to support new UAS domestic and international certification requirements.
