Saurabh is responsible for the overall P&L, the go-to-market strategy and the development of a high-performance, empowered team that can create win-win solutions in the Aerospace, Defense and Federal market.

Prior to his current role as the CEO of Belcan, Saurabh has led global businesses for various other industry segments for Cognizant like manufacturing, automotive,  Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods. 

Saurabh started his Cognizant career as an Entry level trainee (ELT). After a brief engagement in India and Europe, he moved to US in 1999 and played a variety of delivery and commercial roles to grow Cognizant’s NA business. In 2024, Saurabh led the acquisition of Belcan into Cognizant to drive the strategy for aerospace and defense segments.

Throughout his 28-year career at Cognizant, Saurabh’s greatest accomplishments have stemmed from his philosophy around serving others—clients, peers and teams. A highly collaborative leader, he creates the conditions for teams to thrive and succeed. He is passionate about inspiring teams to innovate and solve our clients’ most complex challenges—by leveraging the power of technology and collaborating with some of the world’s most respected companies.

Saurabh holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.

Aparna is an accomplished finance executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning financial planning and analysis, M&A accounting, and internal audit. For the past five years, she has led FP&A for Cognizant’s Manufacturing, Automotive, Logistics and Energy business, partnering with leadership to drive financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

Before joining Cognizant, Aparna held finance leadership roles at GE, IBM, and Dell, where she built a strong track record of delivering financial insights, strengthening operational discipline, and enabling data-driven business decisions.

Aparna is a Chartered Accountant through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She also completed advanced executive education in financial management at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Don joined Belcan in January 2020 and has held significant roles in sales operations, account management, acquisition integration, and the key accounts organization, consistently driving performance improvements and achieving exceptional results. He brings over 15 years of experience in staffing and outsourcing, with responsibilities for P&L, regional operations, hiring, sales, training, and development. His previous experience includes VP of Operations, responsible for building, directing, and leading sales, account management, and recruiting delivery within engineering, manufacturing, and IT business units. Don has also provided operational leadership, developing and maturing business opportunities and leading strategic expansion plans. Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati.   

Victoria serves as Vice President and SBU Head of Belcan’s Commercial Aerospace Business, with full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of engineering services and technology solutions. She leads strategic growth, operational performance, and customer engagement, driving delivery excellence and long-term value.

Since joining Belcan more than three years ago, Victoria has expanded key customer relationships, captured new business, and strengthened organizational performance. She brings over twenty years of experience in engineering services, with expertise in systems and software solutions, business strategy, and program delivery across the aerospace, defense, and medical industries.

Known for her strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style, Victoria has a strong track record of delivering integrated solutions and measurable business outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Toledo.

Al serves as President of Strategic Accounts. He is a senior executive with more than 27 years of experience in business strategy, operational excellence, process improvement, change management, leadership, business development, and customer relations, complemented by over 36 years in the commercial and defense aerospace, propulsion, energy, and airspace industries. 

Having held roles from Director to CEO, Al brings deep expertise in engineering, operations, and growth initiatives, consistently driving revenue expansion, profitability, and performance in competitive markets. His background includes leading large-scale transformation and business development efforts, with full P&L ownership and a strong track record executing complex proposals, negotiating contracts, and delivering high-value customer solutions. Al began his career at Boeing, served as CEO of Flight Research Aerospace, and held numerous leadership roles in the engineering service industry.  He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Phoenix.

Erik is responsible for leading key customer relationships and driving enterprise-level growth across Belcan’s major aerospace and defense partners. As President, Strategic Accounts, he advances Belcan’s mission to deliver world-class engineering, manufacturing and supply chain, and technology solutions to the leading companies in aerospace and defense.

Prior to joining Belcan, Erik built a distinguished career at Cognizant, most recently serving as Chief Growth Officer for the company’s largest commercial organization, where he oversaw approximately $14 billion in annual revenue. He previously served as Chief of Staff to two Cognizant CEOs and led strategy, M&A, and alliances for the company’s AI practice. A technologist and national security professional, Erik is passionate about innovation in aerospace and defense and committed to public service. As a White House Fellow, he served on the Policy Planning Staff of the Secretary of State, focusing on cyber policy and transnational threats, and he previously led emergency management for the City of Philadelphia.

Erik holds a PhD in International Relations and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

Keith has spent the last 6 years working at Belcan, most recently as Vice President of delivery for Manufacturing & Supply Chain solutions, and prior to that as a subject matter expert and independent consultant in MSC advisory services on behalf of Belcan with some of our key customers, including General Motors, GE, and Rolls-Royce. His overall manufacturing experience spans over 30 years, with 10 years in the automotive industry, 15 years in the aerospace industry, and 5 years in industrial manufacturing. During his time in the automotive industry, he worked for several OEMs including General Motors, Ford, and Subaru. Keith also spent 15 years with Pratt and Whitney [now a division of Raytheon Technologies (RTX)], escalating through roles of increasing responsibility in several functional areas of the company, including engineering, purchasing, operations, and quality. After Pratt and Whitney, Keith worked for several manufacturing plants in roles that included Plant Manager, Director of Operational Excellence, and VP of Operations. His broad-based knowledge of both the automotive and aerospace industries will drive the future growth and success of the MSC Service Line.

Ben Marsico is the President of Product Engineering at Belcan, where he leads large-scale engineering operations, customer programs, and strategic growth initiatives across a diverse portfolio of aerospace and industrial clients. Since joining Belcan in 2011, he has held a series of  senior leadership roles, including: Vice President of Programs and Resource Alignment, Senior Director of Customer Operations, Director of Product Engineering, and Director of Operations. Ben is an innovator, holding multiple patents related to mechanical design and medical devices, reflecting a strong track record of applied engineering creativity and problem-solving. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada.

Pat serves as President of software, and electrical engineering solutions. Pat began his career with Avista, Inc. as a student engineer, progressing through engineering and program management roles. During this time, Avista was part of Esterline Technologies and later TransDigm Group before being acquired by Belcan in November 2020, after which he assumed broader leadership responsibilities.

Throughout his career, Pat has supported commercial and military aerospace programs, leading complex, highly regulated efforts with a focus on innovation, quality, and certification. He has a strong track record of driving operational excellence and delivering high-performance engineering solutions aligned to evolving industry needs.

Lance has over 30 years of leadership experience within the construction, industrial equipment, and services industries. Lance’s career with Belcan has spanned 27 years of progressively increasing responsibility, advancing from business development to engineering leadership positions, culminating in his appointment as CEO in 2015.

Under his leadership at Belcan, the company achieved double digit CAGR while doubling EBITDA margins. The company significantly expanded its global presence, entering eight new countries. He also spearheaded strategic portfolio transformation through 17 acquisitions, two minority technology venture investments, and three divestitures. He drove exceptional results in customer and employee satisfaction, achieving a 98% favorable customer rating, a 96% employee satisfaction rate.

Lance holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Program. He has previously served on the Board of the American Red Cross and Robot Morning and currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), as well as the Board of Directors for AIM MRO, RH Aero, and National Aeronautics Association (NAA).
