Lance Kwasniewski has over 25 years of leadership experience within the construction, industrial equipment, and services industries. Lance’s career with Belcan has spanned 20 years of progressively increasing responsibility, advancing from business development, central services management, and general management to senior leadership positions across multiple divisions, consistently driving and producing exceptional business outcomes. He currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA). Lance holds a BA in Business/Communications and a Master of Business Administration, and completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Program.
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Beth Ferris is responsible for leading Belcan’s finance and accounting organization, including planning and analysis, financial reporting, and various accounting functions. Prior to joining Belcan, she spent over 20 years with LexisNexis, most recently serving as Senior Vice President Global Finance and US Division CFO. Ms. Ferris holds an MBA with a Finance concentration from Wright State University, as well as a BS Business Administration in Marketing from Bowling Green State University.
As Vice President of Technology Solutions and Chief Information Officer (CIO), Terry Williams is responsible for leading Belcan’s strategic and operational information technology initiatives. Mr. William’s responsibilities also include global cyber security and the evaluation and deployment of current and future technology platforms used throughout Belcan. Terry oversees both domestic and global technology-related investments required to enable and streamline ongoing business functions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with a minor in International Business.
Paul Dorger brings over 25 years of labor and corporate law experience, including government regulatory compliance, federal and state litigation, protection of trade secrets and proprietary information, collective bargaining, and human resources and safety management. Paul holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and is a former Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen. He obtained his law degree from the University of Cincinnati. Paul has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America, named in the Ohio Super Lawyers Top 50 Attorneys in Cincinnati, and has been involved with many charitable organizations.
Keith joined Belcan in March 2017, bringing over 20 years of combined experience in the aerospace and automotive industries. He began his career in electrical engineering in the automotive injection molding industry before joining Siemens in 2003, where he provided automation and manufacturing IT solutions to Airbus, BAE and Rolls-Royce. In 2010, Keith moved to the USA to head the Siemens Industry Aerospace Center of Competence based in Atlanta, Georgia. On returning to the UK, he was responsible for developing the power generation, marine, and medical device manufacturing sectors for Siemens. In 2014, he moved to Tata Technologies to lead the European A&D sales team before accepting the position of Senior Vice President of Global Strategy and Business Development. Keith’s responsibilities at Belcan include leading operations and go-to-market strategy for the Consulting Services segment, developing and maintaining the strategic approach in the Europe and APAC regions, and promoting efficient and compliant international operations.
Donavan McDonald is an accomplished technical staffing executive with 30 years of experience spanning all areas of the industry, including recruiting, business development, branch operations, regional operations, and executive leadership. His responsibilities as President of Technical Recruiting include leading the operation of the consolidated segment, planning and executing strategy and high-level initiatives, and governing activities of major customer accounts.
Neal Montour’s career with Belcan has spanned 23 years, including leadership roles as Senior Vice President, Vice President, General Manager, Strategic Account Management, and Customer Service Engineering Director. His overall engineering experience of 32 years includes analysis, design, and manufacturing roles with Pratt & Whitney, Lehr Precision (GKN), and Belcan. Mr. Montour holds a BSME from the University of Hartford and an AAS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Erie Community College.
Board of Directors
Mr. Rowe has responsibility for the overall management of AE Industrial and primarily focuses on the sourcing, negotiation and strategic positioning of portfolio investments. Mr. Rowe co-founded AE Industrial’s predecessor firm, AeroEquity Partners, Inc., in 1998 and has been involved in all of the firm’s investments since inception. Mr. Rowe also manages AE Industrial’s relationship with The Carlyle Group, which dates back to the 2001 investment in Aviall, Inc. and encompasses nine portfolio investments. He has served on the board of nine AE Industrial portfolio companies and currently sits on the boards of Belcan, Dynamic Precision Group, Global Jet Capital and Kellstrom Materials.
Prior to co-founding AE Industrial, Mr. Rowe was an Executive Vice President at Gulfstream Financial Services Corp., where he created a leasing portfolio for its parent, Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. Previously, Mr. Rowe spent 12 years at GE Aerospace and GE Capital, where he managed a multi-billion dollar portfolio of commercial aircraft and engine assets with responsibility for fleet management, repossessions, trading and restructuring asset portfolios. Mr. Rowe graduated from GE’s Financial Management Program and received a BA from Tulane University.
After 37 years of service to Boeing and Rockwell, Jim Albaugh retired as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Boeing Commercial Airplanes in 2012. Prior to his position as the President and CEO, Jim served as president of Boeing Integrated Defense Systems from 2002-2009. Boeing Integrated Defense Systems provides defense, space and intelligence products for the United States and customers around the world. From 1998 to 2002, he was President and CEO of Boeing Space and Communications, which merged with the company’s Military Aircraft and Missiles Systems unit in July 2002 to create Integrated Defense Systems. Prior to 1998, he was President of Rocketdytne Propulsion and Power. He joined Rockwell in 1975 as an engineer.
Mr. Albaugh currently serves the TRW Automotive and American Airlines Boards of Directors, the Board of Trustees of Willamette University, the Board of Visitors of The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science at Columbia University and Board of Trustees of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. He is also the president of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Chairman of the National Aeronautic Association, as well as a Senior Advisor to the Blackstone Group. Mr. Albaugh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Physics from Willamette University and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University.
With over 35 years of experience throughout the industry, Mr. Boisture has held senior leadership positions at some of the highest profile aerospace companies, including: President & COO, Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation; President, NetJets Inc.; and Chairman & CEO, Hawker Beechcraft Corporation. Mr. Boisture brings a wealth of operating management and transaction experience to AE Industrial and currently sits on the board of AC&A and Global Jet Capital. He has completed a number of strategic sales (Butler Aviation, BA Corporate Jets, Gulfstream), and the restructuring and sale of Beechcraft Corporation to Textron.
Mr. Boisture is a former Director and Senior Advisor to The Carlyle Group and has significant experience working with private equity-backed companies. Mr. Boisture holds a BS in Engineering Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA from the University of New Haven. In addition, he graduated from the USAF Fighter Weapons School and the U.S. Navy Fighter Weapons School (the “Top Gun” school).
Until his retirement in 2002, Mr. Chadwell served as Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Engine Operations for General Electric Aircraft Engines. Prior to that, he held a variety of general management and senior management positions at General Electric Aircraft Engines. Mr. Chadwell currently serves on the Boards of Spirit AeroSystems Holdings Inc., Parkway Products Inc., and is Chairman of the Board of PaR Systems. From January 2007 to July 2012, he served on the board of directors of BE Aerospace, Inc. Mr. Chadwell has significant experience in supply base and manufacturing operations within the commercial aviation industry gained from his extensive experience with General Electric and his senior management positions at General Electric Aircraft Engines.
Mr. Fulchino’s business experience spans 44 years during which he has gained expertise in major management disciplines, both as a business-unit and corporate executive and as a strategic advisor to senior management. Mr. Fulchino has assumed senior executive duties for 21 of these years and overall “P&L” responsibility for 32 years. In December 1999, Mr. Fulchino took on the senior executive responsibility for Aviall, Inc., a premier full-service, technology-based provider of component products and related services to the aerospace and marine aftermarket. He served as Chairman, CEO and President of Aviall, Inc. from 2000 to 2010 which was acquired by Boeing in 2006. Since Mr. Fulchino’s retirement in 2010 to 2014, he continued as an advisor to Boeing senior management.
Mr. Fulchino has served on numerous public and private boards and non-profit organizations including Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: WAIR) Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SPR), B/E Aerospace (NASDAQ: BEAV), The Sports Authority (TSA), and currently sits on the boards of AE Industrial’s portfolio companies, Belcan and Kellstrom Materials. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Fulchino assumed the role of President and Chief Operating Officer of B/E Aerospace, Inc., a leading supplier of aircraft cabin interior products and services. Prior to B/E Aerospace, Inc., from 1990 to 1996 he was President of Oliver Wyman/Mercer Management Consulting, Inc. (formerly Temple, Barker & Sloane and Strategic Planning Associates, Inc.). Mr. Fulchino received an AB in mathematics from Boston College in 1969 and earned his MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business with a concentration in finance and operations research.
Mr. McElhinney has over 30 years of operations and leadership experience in aviation finance, jet engine, and industrial gas turbine support services markets. He was most recently the President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Power Services, as well as Senior Vice President of GE. He held numerous positions and successively larger leadership roles at GE throughout his career, including serving as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Power Generation Services, a $15 billion business with 26,000 people in more than 150 countries, from May 2014 through December 2017. He previously served as CEO and President of GE Aviation Services, the aftermarket arm of GE Aviation, and also served as General Counsel and Head of Business Development of GE Aviation earlier in his career.
Mr. McElhinney began his GE career in 1992 in GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) in Shannon, Ireland, serving as General Counsel before moving to GE Aviation in 2002. He started his career in Aviation Financing in 1988 at the GPA Group, which was later acquired by GE Capital Aviation Services. Mr. McElhinney’s past board affiliations include Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport, Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, Wake Forest University School of Business, and the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. He was also a member of GE’s Corporate Executive Council, as well as GE’s Services Council. Mr. McElhinney holds an Honors Degree in Law from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.
Philippe Petitcolin is currently Chief Executive Officer and Director of Safran SA. From December 2014 to July 2015, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Morpho. From July 2013 to December 2014, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Morpho and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sagem. Between 2011 and 2013, Mr. Petitcolin was appointed President of Safran’s Defense and Security businesses, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sagem. Between 1988 and 2011, he held various leadership positions in Labinal and Snecma. Mr. Petitcolin holds a degree in mathematics and is a graduate of the Centre de Perfectionnement aux Affaires (CPA) business school.
