Belcan, LLC today announces Spencer Rogers has joined as Vice President of Operations for its Belcan Government Services (BGS) Segment. In his new role, Mr. Rogers will be responsible for supporting the implementation of BGS’ growth strategy through the integration of newly acquired companies, in addition to spearheading operational efficiencies and support initiatives throughout BGS.
“Spencer’s experience as Chief Master Sergeant at the Air Force brings a level of leadership we are excited to fold into BGS,” said Lee Shabe, President of Belcan Government Services. “I look forward to working with Spencer as we continue to grow our market presence.”
Prior to joining Belcan, Mr. Rogers served 28 years with United States Air Force. His most recent roles were as the Region Superintendent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations units in Air Combat Command and Air Force Material Command, where he provided leadership, development and oversight to investigative and operational activities supporting Central Command, Strategic Command, Southern Command, Air Force Special Operations Command, and Air Force Reserve Command Commanders. The Air Force Office of Special Investigations specializes in investigating criminal, counterintelligence and fraud matters impacting the Air Force and Department of Defense. As the Region Superintendent, he represented the highest enlisted level of leadership and executed the commander’s mission by developing the organization’s operational capacity for combat, mission support, and professional development for the entire force. Mr. Rogers retired from the Air Force in July 2017.
