Cincinnati, OH – May 1, 2015 – Belcan Engineering Group, Inc. is presented with Annual Productivity Award from Pratt & Whitney for raising the bar through supplier cost savings improvements.
Belcan Engineering Group, Inc., an engineering services provider, was recognized by Pratt & Whitney as contributing significant productivity savings to their overall operation. These savings include improvements in engine configuration, software verification, test stand logic, chemical additives, part fabrication, scheduling logistics, analysis macros, automated scripts, graphics translation, and training manuals.
Pratt & Whitney Vice President, Engineering – Module Centers, Jayant Sabnis presented the Productivity Award to Kerry Byrne, Belcan Vice President. Mr. Byrne accepted the award stating, “We are proud of our longstanding relationship with Pratt & Whitney. Our outstanding team members work hard every day to make a notable contribution to Pratt & Whitney’s success.” Pratt & Whitney presents the Productivity Award each year to the engineering supplier(s) with the highest total of approved cost savings.
