Belcan Corporation, headquartered in Cincinnati, is proud to announce that it has endorsed the United Way’s Bold Goals for 2012. The Bold Goals for the Greater Cincinnati region are Education, Income and Health.

Belcan has committed to help United Way create lasting change in the building blocks for a better life by implementing a multiplatform fundraising campaign that includes employee games and cookouts, a raffle, sales of an employee cookbook, paycheck deductions and other innovative fundraising solutions. Belcan branch offices across the United States will also engage in fundraising efforts for their local United Way chapters.

“United Way’s areas of focus are closely aligned with Belcan’s need for an educated workforce, our priority to provide meaningful work, and our care for the health and welfare of our employees,” said Candace McCaw, Belcan’s owner and board chair. “In a similar manner to our business, United Way is holding themselves accountable for making a real difference through their role of mobilizing community support for worthwhile charities. More than ever, we believe in the mission of United Way, and we will be stepping up our personal commitment to our local chapter.”
