Belcan will assist in the Design & Integration, Development, and Certification of complex Electro-Mechanical and Aerospace Assessory Systems and Subsystems

  • Experience tailored to meet the customer needs, timing, execution and delivery. Both hardware and software needs met using the latest computational modeling programs
  • Assign a Program Manager (PM) to the project when necessary, a direct line of authority for rapid and efficient response
  • Assist in Requirements Management (RM) for complex incremental projects
  • Conduct on-site and telecommunication meetings to meet program requirements

  • Prepare program reports, conduct design reviews, identify project risks, provide auditing of supplier capabilities and ensure timely delivery of product
  • Maintenance
  • Prepare detailed financial responsibility and accounting
  • Complete project close-out and finalized reporting
