Staff both hardware and software needs drawing from a large team of engineers experienced in the latest computational modeling programs- Work scope can be tailored to meet the customer needs, timing and delivery
- Assign a Program Manager (PM) to the project as a single point of contact when necessary
- Assist in Requirements Management (RM) for complex incremental projects
- Conduct on-site and telecommunication meetings to meet program requirements
Belcan will provide the necessary resources for projects requiring open or closed-loop architecture for EH Systems.

Belcan will plan, implement, manage, guide, and train customer employees and support staff in EH Systems
- Plan for work scope
- Detail milestone requirements
- Provide continuous program management and reviews
- Prepare program reports, conduct design reviews, identify project risks, provide auditing of supplier capabilities and ensure timely delivery of product
- Maintenance
- Conduct detailed financial and accounting analysis
- Complete project close-out and final reports
