- Interface with customers and component suppliers to define component and system verification/certification test plans to assure component performs to specifications and meets required certification criteria.
Project Planning and Oversight of System Development, Implementation, and Testing
- Provide project planning from specification to engine certification to assure that the component is integrated with the system to meet requirements and that the schedule for component development and certification is integrated with the system/program schedules.
- Oversee component and system certification testing.
Service Introductory Problem Investigation
- Interface with customers and suppliers to follow up on field introductory issue by doing root cause analysis.
- Work with customers and suppliers to implement design or process improvements.
