Insurance

Major medical and dental insurance are available from the first day you work for Belcan. If you are interested in this coverage, please contact your Belcan representative within your first 30 days of employment.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

Belcan offers a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan which allows employees to save money for retirement on a pre-tax basis. Please call your Belcan representative for additional information.

Direct Deposit

Belcan offers direct deposit. If you prefer to have your check automatically deposited to your bank account, please request a direct deposit form.

Training

Belcan takes an interest in your educational growth. We offer training in word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, typing, resume writing, and interviewing techniques. In addition, we provide specialized training based on specific customer requirements. Please call your Belcan representative for additional information.

Award Program

We appreciate dedicated and loyal employees. When we receive positive feedback from our clients regarding your exceptional performance, you will receive a WOW Certificate along with a token of appreciation.

Referral Bonus

When you recommend someone who is interested in working through Belcan, you could receive a $25.00 referral bonus. Bonuses are paid once the person has completed 40 hours of work for Belcan in an eligible position. There is no limit on the number of individuals you may recommend and the bonus will be paid to you after the new applicant completes 40 hours of work.
