R & D Test Rigs

Belcan has extensive design and build experience in component rigs. We have produced nearly 200 rigs for our customers in the aviation, energy, and university research fields. We currently have ongoing projects in all phases: planning, fabrication, and operational testing.

Our rig design experience ranges from small supersonic erosion research vehicles to massive combustion rig vessels capable of high pressure and temperature. We offer additional value to our customer through the use of the extended Belcan engineering resources, and we have engineers and scientists who can help produce a more capable design.

Belcan wants to be involved in every aspect of the rig “Design and Build” process from concept through testing; however, we will support you in any aspect of your rig design process. Our services include all engineering disciplines required from rig concept design through detail drawing, manufacturing, and test including:
