Our staff has a combined 200 years of experience in manufacturing, tooling, and procurement disciplines. Belcan’s supplier base is expansive and covers all major and minor types of manufacturing. Our services can provide the full pre-manufacturing review, procurement, and assembly of a large test rig or monitoring the manufacturing of a single piece of hardware. Belcan can customize a solution to your overall needs.

Should Cost Analysis

Belcan can provide a Should Cost Analysis on Product Design Hardware by utilizing one or more of the following: historical hours for a similar product or material costs based upon weight, density, or cost factors, and should cost format and calculations.

Hardware Sourcing

Belcan has the extensive resources to provide sourcing services. Our experienced buyers have more then 100 years procurement experience, and our extensive supplier base covers all types of manufacturing. In addition we monitor all QC activities including non-conformance dispositions, and conduct first piece Qualification (Source Substantiation).

Facility Planning

Belcan can provide full facility design activity or work with the client on an existing facility to optimize manufacturing floor layout through use of our process simulation and computer integrated manufacturing tools. In addition, we provide program management on-site schedule and cost reviews with all contractors.

Planning and Assembly

Belcan can provide assembly planning and offer full assembly capability by our engineers identifying the correct assembly process and documenting assembly BOM. In addition, Belcan can do actual assembly operation trials at our Specialty Equipment Engineering facility.
