Project Management

Belcan's Project Management team plans and controls the program aspects of our customer projects. We are the prime program interface with our customer providing “one stop shopping” to address both project status (schedule, budget, and technical) and customer questions throughout the project.

We tailor our project management scope to the project scale/duration, from using simple Gantt charts for tracking schedule and budget to employing critical path scheduling, earned value management, and formal risk assessment and mitigation planning. Regular status reports are provided to our customers tailored to the scale of the project, from letter reports to weekly meetings with project metric scorecards, quickly communicating project status, risks, and risk abatement plans.

At Belcan, while many engineers are trained in project management to efficiently manage their individual small projects, we also maintain a core team of project managers strictly dedicated to all aspects of project management for projects of larger scope and complexity.
