Belcan's Gearbox design team is a full service provider for gearbox design. Low-speed industrial and high-speed aircraft gearboxes have been designed. We can provide design, analysis, and drafting services from concept design through full-detail design and manufacture. Our internal design and analysis teams can complete detailed system and component heat transfer/stress/life studies necessary to ensure a thermal/structural design that meets your long life goals.

In addition, we team with our internal manufacturing engineering personnel to define the manufacturing processes to achieve an overall optimized configuration to meet our customer’s requirements.

Instrumentation, tooling, test facilities, and test support can also be provided to support gearbox testing and certification.
