Belcan has a team of Product Support Engineers that cover a range of industries such as Aviation, Rail, Energy, Oil and Gas, and Heavy Equipment. A highlighted list of Belcan’s expertise in the areas of Product Support is shown below:

  • Evaluate components, customer specifications, inventory standards and regulatory approved technical data, and regulations to determine reparability.
  • Recognize the need for repairs that are not specified in the technical data.
  • Develop new repairs and submit proposals to customer or manufacturer.
  • Generate engineering documentation and define work scope necessary to complete overhaul of component repair.
  • Ensure that all documentation, work scope, and processes comply with regulatory approved technical data and/or customer requirements.
  • Provide technical support for production such as resolving process discrepancies, solving technical problems, solving production problems, revisions to documentation, and other technical needs.
  • Review repair programs to improve quality, efficiency, and turn time of components.
  • Provide technical responses and communicate with client customers.
  • Fulfill product leader position/program management functions.
