Spider/Gimbal Analysis

Our customer introduced a new Spider/Gimbal assembly to meet increasing customer requirements. To streamline the engineering, FEA was requested of Belcan to validate the new design. Using Ansys, Belcan was able to highlight areas where the proposed design fell short of meeting industry requirements. Our design and engineering team was able to modify the design to meet or exceed industry requirements while keeping to the required manufacturing deadlines.
